Welcome to Leader Anvil ("we," "us," "our") at leaderanvil.vip. By accessing or using our business coaching programs, digital courses, and branded merchandise, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

3. Service Offerings
3.1 Coaching Programs
Our core offering includes one-on-one and group business coaching sessions designed to cultivate leadership skills and drive organizational growth.
3.2 Digital Courses
We provide online courses featuring videos, workbooks, and assessments to support self-paced learning on leadership topics.
3.3 Branded Merchandise
Leader Anvil merchandise includes physical items such as books, apparel, and accessories bearing our branding.
4. Payment Policies
All transactions are processed via secure methods. Fees for coaching programs and digital courses are due in full before access is granted. Merchandise payments are collected at the time of purchase.
5. Access and Delivery
Upon completion of payment, access to digital courses is granted immediately. Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Merchandise is shipped to the address provided during checkout.
6. Refund and interaction Policy
6.1 Coaching Programs
- Cancellation requests submitted at least 72 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund of the session fee.
- Requests received less than 72 hours before will not qualify for a refund.
- Sessions may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.
6.2 Digital Courses
- Digital courses carry a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, submit a refund request within 30 days of purchase.
- Once a refund is approved, access will be disabled, and course materials will no longer be available.
6.3 Branded Merchandise
- Merchandise may be interactiond or refunded within 14 days of delivery if items are defective or damaged.
- To request an interaction or refund, contact us and provide order details and photos of any damage.
6.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days. All refund decisions are at our discretion based on compliance with these terms.
7. Non-Refundable Services
Executive leadership retreats and VIP intensives are non-refundable due to limited availability and upfront resource commitments. We allocate dedicated staff and prepare custom materials in advance of these events.
8. Rescheduling Policy
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled once at no extra charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the appointment. Digital course schedules cannot be altered once access is granted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leader Anvil is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential issues arising from use of our offerings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
